VAA Unit Covers

With close association with underground electrical engineers, OzCarry designed a specialized cover to protect Imac/Vaa units from the elements. Made to endure the most extreme underground mining conditions, the covers are made from heavy-duty flame retardant PVC. The covers provide optimum protection from ingress of water and dust, minimizing down time and costly repairs

MATERIALS

Ripstop PVC
Australian Made 650gsm industrial grade PVC containing a reinforced ripstop grid construction that prevents further tearing of a cut or tear. It is also waterproof, flame retardant, and lacquer coated for abrasion, mildew, and UV resistance. Part science and all business, PVC is the best solution for durability, dependability, and easy maintenance

Clear PVC
Marine grade flame retardant clear PVC is used for the front wall of the pouch enabling full visibility of the contents inside

Velcro
Industrial grade Velcro designed to perform in the most extreme conditions. With zero maintenance, easy cleaning and guaranteed fastening in the most wet and soiled conditions, the velcro used on this product will deliver unrivalled convenience and reliability

Thread
No matter how durable a product may be, it’s only as strong as its weakest point. That is quite often the stitching. Which is why all of our products feature an industrial grade polyester thread, carefully selected to endure the harshest workplace conditions. Special features include an exceptional resistance to petroleum-based substances, bleach, UV sunlight, rot, and a ‘straight pull’ breaking strength of 10kg
