PVC Shoulder Strap Pad

We all must bear weight on our shoulders, but at least we have ways to make that load more comfortable. When it comes to webbing shoulder straps, a pad with 10mm thick closed cell foam, a non-slip bottom, and three webbing keepers will make any load a lot more comfortable. This shoulder pad is a nice addition to any of OzCarry’s tool bag, tool bucket, or gear bag shoulder straps

MATERIALS

Foam
Depending on the type of foam and thickness used, the overall comfort of a shoulder strap could vary immensely. From extensive testing, 10mm thick closed cell EVA foam was the chosen for padding. Closed cell foam is extremely durable, waterproof, chemical resistant, and more importantly impact and vibration absorbent. You can be rest assured that the padding on your shoulder will be offering the ultimate in comfort and protection

PVC Vinyl
650gsm industrial grade PVC containing a reinforced ‘ripstop’ grid construction that prevents further tearing of a cut or tear. It is also waterproof, flame retardant, and lacquer coated for abrasion, mildew, and UV resistance

Binding
OzCarry’s signature design that is woven to defence force specifications with enhanced non-abrasive and ant-fray properties. It also includes unique 'reflective' and 'luminescent' printing for enhanced safety

Thread
No matter how durable a product may be, it’s only as strong as its weakest point. That is quite often the stitching. Which is why all of our products feature an industrial grade polyester thread, carefully selected to endure the harshest workplace conditions. Special features include an exceptional resistance to petroleum-based substances, bleach, UV sunlight, rot, and a ‘straight pull’ breaking strength of 10kg
